Do I need an account to use it?
No. You can use Fugato as a guest: what you pick and what you annotate is saved only on your device. With an account, your annotations and your library sync across your devices, and what you annotated without one is added to it when you sign in.
Is what I play recorded?
No. We neither record nor send what you play: the sound of the accompaniment is generated on your device.
How do I create an account or download my data?
In the app: Account. Or from this website, at Create an account or sign in. Your data download is a file with your profile, your library, your annotations and your imports.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account → Delete my account. Or from this website, without opening the app, at Delete my account.
I forgot my password
In the app, when signing in, tap “I forgot my password”. You can also request the link from Create an account or sign in. You will receive an email; check your spam folder too.
What is Axel and when is it coming?
Axel is the intelligent accompaniment, powered by artificial intelligence. It arrives very soon, in an upcoming version of the app. When it is there, it will listen to you through the microphone and the accompaniment will follow you: if you speed up, it speeds up; if you stop, it waits for you.
What is Shephard and when is it coming?
Shephard turns a photo of your score into a score in the app, using artificial intelligence. It arrives very soon, in an upcoming version. You will be able to check the result before playing.
