Delete your Fugato account
This page is for requesting the deletion of your Fugato account and all associated data, without needing to open the app.
Deleted: your profile, annotations, library, imports and access. Kept: the catalogue (without your name) and the server's security logs. See the details.

Signing in from the website is not available yet. Ask for deletion by email (below) or from the app.

Delete your account?
Your profile, annotations, library and imports are deleted, on all your devices. This cannot be undone.

Account deleted
From the app
- Open Fugato and sign in to your account.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
By email, if you can't sign in
Write from your account's email address to support@fugato.app with the subject “Delete my account”. We will check that you are the account holder and delete it within the maximum of one month set by the European data protection regulation.
What is deleted
- Your profile and settings.
- Your annotations and your library.
- Your imported scores (MusicXML or PDF), with their files, and the PDF conversions with their corrections.
- The devices registered to your account and your subscription, if you have one.
- Your email and your password in the sign-in system.
It is deleted from our servers and cannot be undone. It is not a deactivation: it is a deletion.
What is kept
- The app's catalogue. If a score you imported was published to the catalogue by our review team, it stays there, without your name.
- The server's technical security logs (IP address, date and time, what was requested), for the time stated in the privacy policy (in Spanish).
